"All tickets for this presale will be available at Will Call the scheduled day of the event. Tickets are ONLY available at Will Call the night of the event, and cannot be picked up in advance, In an effort to prevent loss or theft of the tickets, NO TICKETS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU. Will call tickets are generally available at the venue’s box office one hour prior to the starting time of the event. In order to receive your tickets at Will Call, you must present your confirmation e-mail receipt, and photo ID.
If you are purchasing the tickets for someone other than yourself, please put the name of the person who will be attending the show as the “ship to” name. The recipient will still need a copy of the order confirmation at will call the night of the show. After the close of ticket sales, no changes can be made to the name the tickets are held under. All sales are final. Once you review your purchase and click checkout, Go!Merch will not make exchanges or refunds.
Go!Merch does not issue refunds for tickets left unclaimed. Go!Merch will issue refunds ONLY if an event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer to make the purchase. If a refund is processed, funds are normally credited to your account after approximately 3 (three) business days from the time the refund is processed. Opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be given if an opening act is changed or cancelled.
If you do not receive a confirmation number for your ticket order (in the form of a confirmation page or e-mail) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact the Go!Merch Customer Support Department as to whether or not your order has been placed. Go!Merch may not be aware of any problems that may have occurred during the purchase process. Go!Merch will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you fail to receive order confirmation and do not contact Go!Merch to resolve the issue.
