1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Here at Go!Merch, we are more than happy to accept International orders! After choosing your item, you will be prompted to enter shipping information. You can select your country there from the pull down menu. If you do not see your country, feel free to contact us and we can see about adding it!

Shipping times for International orders varies depending on the location and the country's customs policy.

2. RETURN POLICY
Here at gomerch.com we want you to be stoked 100% of the time, but understand that sometimes problems will happen. If you're simply not happy with your order, please return the item(s) for a refund. After your items have been returned and credited back to your account, you can place a new order for different merchandise. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed or worn items. If a washed or worn item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you and you will be notified.

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, dont worry we will get you the correct item. Please fill out the return form and indicate to us that we made a mistake and when we receive your package back, we will credit you back for shipping the item back to us and will get your correct order out right away.

Indicate what you are returning and why. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us unless we sent you the wrong item. When your return is processed, you will be reimbursed for the item(s) returned less the shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

3. ORDER TROUBLE?
Is everything filled out right? If you're sure, then please double check you have filled out all of the fields, inluding the country we are shiping to. If you still have problems, send us an email at mailroom@atrcollective.com with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.

Do you find yourself asking how long will it be until I receive my order?

We have a one to two week shipping time for orders being delivered within the United States. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local USPS carrier. If you live out in the boonies, it may take a little while longer. Please use the tracking information provided to you directly from USPS as reference to when your package will be delivered. International shipping times can vary as all packages need to clear customs before being delivered to its destination.

I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

Email us at mailroom@atrcollective.com. You MUST include your Order Number. This is the number that you received when your order was placed. Once you email us, we'll look into your order and contact you to let you know what the hold up is. In the mean time, check your junk folder from any emails from USPS, our shipping courier, that might include tracking information.

4. SHIPPING TIME
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Your package should take about 7-10 business days to receive.
